Outfits of the week: Week 26

Outfit wise, this week was very bad. As in I don't have a lot of outfits to show. I had to work a lot again. Just like last week and that week before.

Shoplog

I went to a shopping centre in Lelystad, which has a lot of outlets (including Adidas, Converse, Nike, Puma and so many other stores with shoes and clothing, mostly the more expensive brands). I wanted to go for ages, since Batavia Stad (as the shopping centre is called) has a Nike and Converse outlet. They didn't have the shoes I wanted, but there was another store, Esprit, which had amazing shoes. And they were only € 9,-. Like the other stores, the Esprit store was an outlet as well. Hence the price.

Winter collection of New Look

Enjoy the beautiful weather while it lasts, because fashion houses are slowly sharing their new collections of fall/winter 2014. This time I present you the winter lookbook of New Look. It has filters on every picture, so the colors look different. I see a lot of spring and summer items, you'll freeze if you were it under 30 degrees of Celsius. I guess New Look is hoping for a warm winter? But the lookbook also shows warm coats and sweaters.

Go orange

I'm sure you heard by now the World Cup is on. A lot of soccer teams are playing game in Brazil. I posted some inspirational pictures with the color orange when it was Kingsday. But when we, the Dutch, watch soccer, we like to go all out with orange outfits as well. You can go for crazy, but also for nice outfits with a touch of orange instead of wearing all orange.

Outfits of the week: Week 25

The summer officially started at June 21. I gotta say, I didn't notice it that much on Thursday while shopping, because I was freaking cold when I was outside. Further more I went to Zwolle with a friend to catch up.

Sale, sale, sale

I posted several sales over the last week, but I thought, why not show a overview since so many stores have begun their sale since then. It also became quit tedious reading about every sale in a seperate post right?

Baby it's cold outside

Okay, it's not that cold. But still a little bit chilly if you realize it's June! So let's look at some coats/jackets, which are also on sale now at Zara. Most of these are in pastel colors, since that was one of thé hottest colors this spring. Look fabulous and warm with this outerwear.

I went to Almere again, obviously I didn't mind. I went with friends this time and I managed to buy some great new clothes. I wanted to buy a blue polkadot blouse from Primark which I didn't buy last week. I'm glad I went last week and this week. Since some of the stuff from Primark (which wasn't on sale) and H & M were already gone. Both of the dresses I bought at the stores where now where to be seen, so I was really glad I bought them last week. Especially since the floral dress from H & M is still the regular price at the webshop and completely sold out. But the sale hadn't started at Zara and neither at Mango I think. And I bought a great top at the last store I mentioned.

I went to Zwolle today with a friend. We had a nice lunch, we ate sushi! I wanted to go to H & M as well (of course) since the sale started. I wanted to take a peak at this H & M as well and I thought I might found something nice as well. And I did.

Black & white polkadot

I should stop with all the polkadot items, but there are so nice! I just can't help myself. Especially when the price is so nice, it's almost a crime not to buy it. And at the moment my wardrobe is pretty much set regarding polkadot, but if I see something nice and affordable, why not buy it? Plus the fact it is indeed different than my other polkadot blazer. This black & white polkadot blazer is from the H & M and currently on sale for only € 10. Bargain!

I had to work a lot this week, which means money! But also means less outfits. So sorry for that!

 

Mango lookbook fall 2014

In a couple of days it will be the longest day, which means the sun will be shining the longest on this day. After that, the sun will go down earlier at night and we're moving towards fall and winter. Something which most people don't really look forward to and I'm one of them. What I do like, is the new collections. The sad thing about most fall and winter collections is that the colors are often dark. Which is the case of the new lookbook from Mango which showcases the fall collection of 2014. But it also shows lovely coats. My weakness!

I get the feeling the sale season has started, because Sarenza is having an sale now as well. Shoes from Nike, Adidas, Timberlands, Birkenstocks and more brands are on sale. I selected a few.

I already told you I went to Almere again. Usually that ends up in a huge successful shopping spree, as it did yesterday. I decided I would go shopping this day with my mom and it turned out even more fun when I found out the sale had started at H & M.

Because a polkadot sweater, a polkadot T-shirt, polkadot jeans, a polkadot tregging, a polkadot dress, a polkadot blouse and a polkadot blazer wasn't enough, I ordered another polkadot blazer at H & M. It's now on sale for € 10. It was originally € 19,95. The blazer is from Divided. I posted the blazer earlier on my blog in a post where I showed my favorite items from the H & M sale. You're not surprised I ordered something from the list right? I'm not.

I went to Almere again today and had another successful shopping spree at Primark and H & M. I noticed the sale started this week at H & M, in the stores and online, so I wanted to share this news with you guys. I was in luck that I already planned this day for shopping. The start of the sale was even more amazing and I scored great items, which I will show tomorrow. For now, I shared some items which are now for sale.

Outfits of the week: Week 23

This is already the sixth month of 2014. Can you believe it? These last months flew by. This week I was working on my schoolwork. I did a little bit of shopping, had a driving lesson, went to a party with colleagues and made sushi with friends. But what did I wear this week?

Mango plus size lookbook autumn 2014

This is a different lookbook than I usually show, but I thought it might be interesting. I'm showing the lookbook from the plus sized collection of Mango. The plus sized collection is called Violeta. The collection of autumn shows a lot of darker colors, as usual during the fall season.

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 31

Nike has introduced new sneakers and it's quite a mouthful: the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 31. The sneakers aren't just great for underneath outfits. They're also perfect for running. The shoes costs € 110 and are available at the Nike website.

Shorts & shoplog

My shorts came in and I bought 3 new clothing pieces and two pair of shoes. I'm gonna start with the shorts from H & M. I already tried it on while shopping last week (and when I bought another one), so I knew this was gonna fit. The shorts are really comfy and were only € 14,95.

The Dungarees

The dungarees, love or hate them. I know as a kid I absolutely hated them. My mom thought they were cute and I had to wear them but I hated those things. Ah, but times can change. When I see bloggers wearing denim dungarees they always style them in an amazing way. I especially love the denim dungarees, but I'm not sure if I can pull them of. And am I ready for them after hating the dungarees for so long? Perhaps if I buy one, I should start with the short version of dungarees.

Outfits of the week: Week 22

The weather was horrible at the beginning of the week, but luckily it turned around by Thursday. I went for a little shopping spree, which turned out bigger than I expected. I also went drinking with a friend this week. We talked for hours and it was really nice.

Jumpsuit, flowers and polkadot

It was a very long wait, but my blue jumpsuit from H & M finally arrived. Yet another thing I can cross off my wishlist, because I love the jumpsuit. I love it more than the black jumpsuit, even though both are big. I send the black one back and I'm keeping the blue one. That's not the only thing that was in the package from H & M. I also got my floral tregging and my polkadot T-shirt.
